Summer ends fast in the sierras and the hikers just stop coming thru as they don’t want to get stuck at 9-12,000 feet with early winter storms on the trails above Pinecrest. I’ve pulled the boats out and just a few cabin folks are left and closing up mostly themselves. I’ve been busy planning for some travels in Europe starting next week.
