The sun came out today to enable some plein air painting on the same river park on the Arno about 2 blocks from apartment. The rain in the past 24 hours has risen the flows on Arno significantly and the cascading series of dams are now flowing with larger falls than a week ago.

Some painting in the morning with other long walks up and down the Arno and views along it with the river and older buildings in the afternoon. Last night I thought I was buying tooth paste at the local market a block away and got it home and thought then to google translate just to be sure. It was certainly next to other toothpaste. It turned out to be denture adhesive! Other small mishaps on the food at times.
