Exploring Praha

By

Today was another full day walking around Praha and visiting various neighborhoods and parks and a visit to the busy tourist area called Prague 1 where a major tourist and shopping district exists.

Tomorrow is November 17th and their velvet revolution holiday happens which is one of the most popular holidays in the county when several students were killed and the communist government was taken over shortly after this event on November 17th 1989.

We visited the specific memorial for the students and many events are planned for tomorrow for velvet revolution. It is called the velvet revolution since it was so east and smooth like velvet.
