Due to a boat transmission issue I’m spending more at this Bahamas Berries island than planned. This island has a very friendly and welcoming cruiser and local Bahamian community. Fairly quickly I met some long time island cottage home owners and was invited to their Saint patty’s dinner and other events. The Friday night bbq and music cruiser gathering I was able to be part of the changing musical acts with talented musicians.

The weather has changed from hot and humid 86 now to 71 and dry and cool.

Exploring the island by bike and foot and discovered a wonderful westerly facing beach offering protection from new strong easterlies.

Some time for pen and water color sketches on empty beaches and dinners with other nearby cruisers.
