Island life in the Bahamas

By

It’s a small, friendly community here on great harbour cay. The cruisers, the local Bahamians and home vacationers from the states. The last few days have been more island exploring, snorkeling, painting and being part of music scene on the Friday night bbq grill event at the marina. Long hikes and bike rides around the island. Today the marina got more bicycle tubes so we repaired some of marina bikes with flat tires. The marina is busy filled with sailboats and powerboats and it’s hard to walk from one end of the dock to the other end without starting a few conversations often about boats or cruising destinations or what to do on the island.
