Slovenia and Slovenians have some unique characteristics that I have not seen in any other country. First, as a whole, they are extremely neat and tidy about their homes, yards, parks you won’t find any trash and they even hide their cars behind wood piles so you see the rustic old villages without cars.

The most notable characteristic is their innate tendency to stack wood very thoughtfully. I guess many homes heat with wood but Slovenians love a neat wood pile. Each piece has been carefully piled to fit with the other pieces.
